Peak Strategy Partners provides consulting and engineering services specializing in energy and water benchmarking, compliance support, efficiency strategy development, and operational performance improvement.
Our services include comprehensive audits, reporting, benchmarking analysis, energy performance assessments, and strategic guidance for regulatory compliance and sustainability initiatives.
All services are subject to a separate written agreement between Peak Strategy Partners and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, reports, tools, methodologies, and software, is the property of Peak Strategy Partners or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content without our prior written consent.

Any information shared through the Site or during the provision of Services that is marked or reasonably understood to be confidential will be kept confidential in accordance with industry standards.
